1) When does my membership start?

Your annual membership starts when you sign your first project contract as an individual or a company representative.

2) How does the discount work?

Each set of three (3) projects forms one cycle. You can order as many cycles as you want within the membership year. The 25% discount applies to the total price of each completed cycle as illustrated with the discount calculator.

3) How do I qualify for the 25% discount?

To qualify for the 25% discount you may order three (3) projects simultaneously or one at a time within the membership year.

4) Is there an annual membership fee?

No, the member is granted free-of-charge access to membership benefits for one year from the date of the first project's contract.

5) Are there any restrictions on the membership?

Yes. You must complete at least three (3) projects within the membership year to receive the 25% discount.

6) What happens if I don't complete three projects within the membership year?

If you do not complete three (3) projects within the membership year, you will not receive the 25% discount for that cycle.

7) How is my privacy protected?

The Organization prioritizes your privacy and ensures that all personal and project-related information remains confidential and cared for.

8) What is the liability of the Organization?

The Organization will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the membership.

9) Can my membership be terminated?

Yes, membership can be terminated by either party at any time.

10) What is considered a project?

A project is a distinct video or film production task with specific deliverables and milestones. It involves pre-production, production, and post-production, outlined in an agreement with scope, timeline, and budget. Each project must meet the criteria to qualify for benefits or discounts.

11) How do you manage the budget for a custom video project?

For complex projects:

  • Once you have submitted your proposal, the Organization will create a previz (previsualization) using 15% of the budget.* This previz helps plan logistics, type of software, digital assets, music, actors, set materials, and shooting equipment. If you approve the previz, we will proceed to sign the contract. If adjustments are necessary, the remaining 15% of the budget can be adapted to create a new version. Detailed terms are in the contract.

For simple projects:

  • Once the Organization confirms your request, we will proceed directly to the contract.
* While putting together the previz, the Organization utilized our funds separately as the project was not official yet. If you decide not to hire the Organization after reviewing the previz, you owe nothing. However, if you choose to move forward, the cost of the previsualization will be included in the final invoice.
